European Aviation Academy

We were born in 2013, driven by the desire to create a new young and dynamic reality, which responds to the requests of the aeronautical market.

Through the years, we have invested in corporate growth.

We have improved our training offer : adding new courses and expanding our team.

We have invested on cutting-edge structures, like our B737-800 simulator.

We are daily committed to offering high quality courses: our focus is on the student and our goal is to shape well-trained pilots at the end of the course.

Mission

To lead whoever shares our dream to fly, making it possible in a professional, pleasant and stimulating way.

Training pilots who make skies a safer place for everyone, through highly professional courses with expert resources and a high human profile.

Vision

To be a European reference point for whoever wants to start a flying career or improve their professionality, acquiring the knowledge and skills to teach others.

Sustainability

Reducing impacts, may impact.
Every mile to a new aviation world count and every step can make the difference, even the smallest one.

WHAT INSPIRES US
We want to be actively part of the change.
As a Flight Academy, we are aware about our responsibility to keep on reducing the impact that our actions and our business have on this Planet.

STRATEGY
It’s always a choice, let’s try to make the right one.
Our strategy involves every single member of our team. What we promote, is a cultural change to automate attitudes of care and concern for the environment, and every EAA employee tries to make daily choices based on the idea that everyone can do something, every day.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We know how important reducing paper use is for climate change, both to protect trees and to generate less waste for disposal.
Thanks to our software Private Radar, we can manage most of the documentation necessary to run our activities, both in terms of student records and the management of teaching materials, minimizing the use of paper.
In addition, we use the same sheets multiple times so as to optimize and make the best use of all sides of them.
We’ve been also authorized by the Competent Authority to deliver online courses, and this allows us to limit travel and, as a result, CO2 emissions. Also, none of the bookings on our flight simulator need to be printed by the customer. Reservation can be verified showing the confirmation email.

RECYCLE
reduce – reuse – recycle
At EAA office, everyone is committed in following the circle so that energy, money and natural resources are saved.

SMARTWORKING
Smart job, smart choice.
Currently, 30% of EAA employees are allowed to work in remote in order to reduce CO2 emissions.
In addition, when travel is necessary, we encourage the train as transportation and limit travel by plane and car to the essentials.

OFFICE SUPPLIERS
A conscious break.
For the employees and all the customers visiting EAA office, there is a sustainable break. Our coffee and water providers are very committed to the environment, which is why we chose them.
Last but not least, all EAA employees have been provided with branded water bottles to reduce the use of plastic.

WHAT’S NEXT?
Goals are what motivate people, and some simple and clear ones, move our actions at EAA

• Starting in 2024, for each new student of our Cadet Pilot Program, we will support the Project Treedom with the purchase of a tree to be planted by the association. In this way we contribute to reforestation with subsequent absorption of CO2 and the release of oxygen.
• Become a totally paperless office by 2025.
• Use only sustainable materials by 2025.
