MCC - JOT
The MCC course is the last necessary step to access the recruitment selections and following Type Rating courses, such as the Airbus A320 or the Boeing 737.
With EAA you will also get the JOT (Jet Orientation Training) certificate, nowadays required by the most important airlines in Europe.
After the MCC course you will be able to enroll in our APC course, to optimally prepare yourself for any selection and job interview opportunities.
Classroom
During the theoretical phase, the purpose is to develop and improve the skills of: communication, leadership, usage of checklists, teamwork, plus the concepts and application of CRM (Crew Resource Management) concepts..
Duration: 25 hours.
B737 Simulator
During the simulator training, you'll learn how to optimally handle unusual or emergency situations, teaming up with colleagues and making the most of all available resources. We will teach you how to structure your briefings, improve the use of the checklist and implement your decision making process in accordance with the standards of the major airlines.
Duration: 20 hours (10 PF + 10 PM)
B737 Simulator
